Starting at age 14 in her grandmother’s kitchen, she rose to become a hair extension expert with runway credits from Paris to NYC, collaborating with top brands like Bottega and Hugo BOSS.
As founder of NL Beauty Academy, Nae' mentors youth and adults, having trained over 150 students since 2021. She leads initiatives like the Youth Summer Camp and created the Grab N Go Hair Cap® to support individuals experiencing hair loss. Recognized by major media outlets, Nae' is committed to empowering the next generation of beauty professionals while giving back to her community.
